Nutrition and Dietetics Department commit to provide optimal, cost effective, evidence-based nutritional care to all patients and to disseminate accurate, up-to-date nutrition information to patients and staff and conduct nutritional education to residents and family.

Services Offered:

• assessment / reassessment of the resident.
• prescribing diet suitable for the resident condition via enteral and or oral intake.
• evaluation and monitoring of resident nutrition status and resident nutrition counseling.
• The dietitian initiates nutrition counseling consistent with the patient’s current diet or nutrition therapy needs, recording intervention, and counseling in the medical record.
